  This landscaping continues to get worse. I'm very worried about the fire danger, as piles of dead vegetation, particularly near 12th and 35th, get larger. A stray cigarette tossed into it could ignite the pile, the ivy, the tree and nearby cars.
  The neglect continues to draw more garbage dumping, which is also a fire (and rat) hazard.
  Raburn said he'd do something about this. If he doesn't by November, he won't be getting my vote.

  The tree limbs are now hanging so low that cars moving north on 35th cannot see the stop light until they're right at 12th st. And for weeks there have been trash cans tumbled over, trash everywhere near the trail.
  What a disgusting mess.
