I submitted a service request on METRO's website this morning (request # SR78378) describing the situation and uploaded your photo. Mr. Estrada with METRO just called me and said he's got a crew headed out there to assess the bus stop so they can make the repairs. No word on timeline but more responsive than I would have imagined.
