Description

Possibly dangerous to Huron watershed - the culvert going under Packard (eastbound) filled with trash and debris. This is directly adjacent to the US23 embankment on west/south side. Reported on SeeClickFix over 60 days ago.

This is city owned property. Ms. Jennifer Lawson, who works with water quality issues within the City of Ann Arbor, has been contacted regarding the complaint. It has not yet been determined who will physically pick up the debris.

Just spoke with County Water people clearing Swift Run - confirmed that this is Ann Arbor City jurisdiction. The debris also is starting to collect on the north side culvert at Packard as well. This entire overpass at US-23 needs to be better maintained - why else is there pedestrian sidewalks? Not a very welcome sight to visitors.
