Description
The long branch on the tree at the Northeast Corner of Upland Dr and Upper Middle Rd blocks the view of the pedestrian crosswalk signal, and can not be see by cars waiting at the stop light travelling south on Upland Dr. It also hangs so low in one section that the branch could be a hazard to pedestrians and bike riders. Please come and trim the tree. Thank you.
