IT'S AMAZING THAT I HAVE NOT BECOME A HOOD ORNAMENT!! IT'S VERY BAD BETWEEN 8 & 9AM & 4 & 6PM. MAYBE THE CITY SHOULD CONSIDER PUTTING IN SPEED BUMPS ON YORK DRIVE....MAYBE THAT WOULD SLOW PEOPLE DOWN.
