If you think Haverhill is a mess, you should see Cimarron (and Bayham) between 18 mile and Canal. It's undriveable and pretty much considered unrepairable due to the fact the road is disintegrating. All the Twp. is going to do is send a road crew out to sprinkle asphalt on it. I have seen slabs of concrete rock back and forth when vehicles drive over it. I drive out of my way just to avoid driving on these streets. For us to get our streets repaved, the Twp. wanted a $5,000 lien per house (parcel). Good luck getting your street fixed.
