We have made contact with staff at Dominion Energy in regards to your concern of the broken street light lying on the ground and they indicated that procedure is for them to remove the pole immediately if it is in the way of traffic or pedestrians. Otherwise it will remain on site until the new light pole is installed. In the future, damaged street light poles should be reported directly to Dominion Energy.
