They are running amok destroying Oakland. When will these vandals be apprehended?

Covering up / removing the graffiti as soon as it appeard was supposed to be the best deterrent to such vandalism...what's the latest approach? Just leave it and maybe nobody will mind?

Nothing has been done here to correct the situation. In fact the graffiti has gotten material worse. Please have someone work on it.
