The appear to now be tripped by a sensor in the drive. This has helped, but the timing is still very long between lights. It is worse because some people do not pull up to the right spot to trip the light and it may cycle several times before that specific light turns green. I agree with the Deepwood comment. That light seems to cycle much more frequently. The traffic turning left out of the Mall also has a horridly long wait.
