Traffic signal timing not working. Cars are turning L from Virginia onto High St against the red light.

This area needs a ton of attention from DOT and Public Works. Signals don’t work well. Queues are extremely long on High. Pavement conditions are horrible. Visibility at intersections is constrained (needs daylighting). This part of Oakland has a huge demand on the Transportation network, but it is the most uncared for, dangerous, and ugly part of the city. Please give it the attention it deserves!
