Description

I and other neighbors have complained about this issue for more than 5 years with no response. The city tree’s roots are breaking apart the concrete and the lifted concrete is about 3 inches to 4 inches above grade.

A. It is more like a smooth dip

A. It is more a depression and a lifting of a slab of concrete more than four feet of affected area
