Description

There is no safe pedestrian access from 2nd floor of parking garage unless you have access to key card lobby for stairs and elevator, which is limited to Academy of Art occupants only. Parking on 2nd level requires parker's to walk down the vehicle ramp while cars go up and down which is extremely unsafe, especially if handicapped. (Handicapped parking on lower level is always occupied by "valet" cars). This facility is open to PUBLIC (not a private A of A garage) and should have stair/elevator exiting from upper levels.
