Description
in the park across the street from 3505 Lakeshore two homeless tents have popped up this week. this is concerning 1. because there is a children's day care across the street and this park is highly frequented by local families. One tent became two. Where does it stop?

I talked to the police about it last week, and they said per the Mayor's order, they will not remove tents unless there is a serious felony reported. The police were sympathetic, but said our only option is to talk to the City Council.
