This is very common in Delco and specifically in Ridley Twp. I honestly think it's so they can give more traffic tickets out for running red lights. The yellow light is supposed to last three seconds and there is supposed to be a delay between one light turing red and the opposing lights turning green. There are several lights like that on MacDade in Ridley Twp. They aren't set properly and the police are aggressive on ticketing. It's a dangerous situation and they look to make money on it.
