Description

The visitors of the people, who were originally from Chester, living at 218 Lexington Ave. park in the middle of the street and go in the house and leave their car in the middle of the street. Repeatedly! Even when there is parking! They don't even come out when you beep your horn. Cars are backing up a one way street and have to have to go around.

As a resident of the other end of the street, it means that I can't get my car to my house. One neighbor even asked them not to do it and they were told to take a hike. Maybe their visitors down realize that this is Eddystone and not Chester. It feels like a long summer.
