I am on the board for Elevation 22 - are you telling me that the bush trimming is the responsibility of Elevation 22? Please advise and we'll have them trimmed. They are a hazard to traffic turning left from Doyle onto Powell leaving almost zero visibility without pulling into the junction.

Yes... Elevation 22 is responsible for the grass plants and the trees on Powell between Doyle and Hollis.

Hello, I am reviewing older issues to determine if they have been resolved.
For clarification if the vegetation is within the median area along Powell the city would be responsible for abating that area. Vegetation immediately in front of Elevation 22 would be the responsibility of the property owner.

An inspection of the area on 5/112023, determined that all vegetation along the median and in front of Elevation 22 is cut.
