Description

Residents backyard is full of overgrown trees, weeds and pool is filthy. All weeds are growing through the fence onto my house/into my garage/in my ac unit/through the fence. Complaint has been continuously filed with the City of Houston for the last year along with the HOA and nothing other than the pool gets addressed. He continues to disregard those violations and has a warrant out for his arrest. I have also seen numerous rodents coming from his yard into my backyard through the fence, and from his garage and there are spiders everywhere. I continue to have my exterminator out to treat my yard but we continue to have problems due to the jungle next door. This is NOT ok! .
