There are people living in the trash bin garage in the alley between Harris and Buena Vista. This is attached to the Metro PCS shopping center on Sixth St. This is an ongoing problem. People go in and out of this dumpster all the time, there has been drug paraphernalia laying around. Also violence, a female was getting beat up by a male in there. Please help make this neighborhood safer. I've reported this issue before and nothing was done. That dumpster needs to be cleaned out, there is bunk bed in there.
