I'll bet you this is Preiss Company. They made an attempt to block the alley two years ago. They claim this is their parking lot, I shared with them this is actually a CoR maintained street, as it is an official alley.

I called Preiss Company before as they have been attempting to block off the alley and parking lot. I told them it is a city street.

I would suggest reposting this in another category. The City will not acknowledge 'other' anymore. Only items which fit nicely into their categories. I suggest public nuisance or something to do with street markings.
