This disabled veteran has been accepting donations on this corner for years. He is harmless and polite. Those more aggressive and persistent individuals who actively panhandle at the intersection of Ella and 610 should be eradicated however. I hope the City will take some time to look at that situation.

I completely agree! Just want someone to check on him since he is a veteran, and can be helped with more services that are more dignified. I've tried to report consistent panhandlers because they need the help.
