Description

The homeless encampment on this block is getting out of hand. This is the third time that I reported that a homeless person defecated on my property and the City does nothing to remove this encampment on a residential street. It was so gross to clean this mess that I not going to take this sitting down anymore. This can not continue. Since the City is not going to do anything, the next time I will confront this person and if it doesn't go well, someone is going to get hurt.
