A request form, along with a small bottle to provide a water sample, was left at our door for a free water analysis. Simply complete the card, collect the sample and leave both on your door to be picked up the next day. There is no information on who is providing this service. In addition to name, address, telephone #, they are also requesting household income range. It seems a bit suspicious.
