Description

There is a cross-walk at the location of Redwood Road at the turn lane into the Safeway. There is no flashing light or anything to indicate that people are crossing the road and it is difficult to see people crossing when in the middle lane. I almost hit children crossing the road today because they were hard to see. There needs to be a flashing light at the crosswalk to indicate people are crossing like the one that is on Mountain Blvd at the crosswalk to the Montclair Recreation Center. This would really help alert drivers that pedestrians are crossing and to come to a stop for them.
