Description

Trash cans blocking sidewalk. Why is this apartment complex allowed to do this? These trash cans are always here. The trash will get emptied but those trash cans are never put away. There is about 6 inches of space between the bins and where the slope for the driveway begins. No wheelchair could safely get past these. It is difficult for anyone with mobility issues to navigate past these because the sidewalk is so narrow
