This is a chronic and constant problem. The picture attached to this post is a modest day. There have been days that it is much worse. The issue of a lack of garbage cans in the area--as far down to Drake and Beyond and down to Pacific Blvd. The garbage cans that exist a few blocks away are all in the same state, overflowing, which only encourages more irresponsible people to leave dog poop bags laying around etc. Perhaps the city could do more than suggesting that I adopt a block and pick up the garbage myself. It's something I would be willing to do but the city has to meet me half way.
