Description

The light on Rockbridge @ Memorial changes to red immediately before the traffic light on S Indian Creek turns green during morning hrs and heavy traffiic on both roads. Only 3-4 cars are able to exit s. indian creek. drivers are getting stuck in intersection and dekalb pd are waiting and hiding for obstruction of intersection violations.
