Description

At least one new traffic light was recently installed on Harbord, in addition to existing ones. The 3 of concern ar at Grace, Clinton, and Manning: they are very close together and seem to each work independently (or on demand from the side streets/pedestrians), resulting in traffic jams all day. Only about 10-12 car can fit between each of these signalled intersections, and it causes a conga line, and having to stop at all 3 red lights.
This was not a problem until the newest one was installed in 2012.
