Description
There is a plastic cover for a water meter in the alley that seems to break once a year and has been replaced three times so far. It's right in the way of car tires that travel the alley. Could it be replaced with a metal one? Across the street in a tree well in front of the real estate office there is an old metal cover. Perhaps switch the two? Thank you.
