For the THIRD time at the west end of Annlau Avenue the city had done one of their typical poor patch job. Asphalt has been thrown on the large hole cut out by the city and a front end loader has run a tire over it and left the street in horrible shape. Why can't the City train the workers to patch a street correctly? To continually to waste the taxpayers money is unacceptable. Management is not doing their job and making sure the patch jobs are correctly being done.
