Description

Piles of garbage in the alley behind this house that have been there for weeks. Metal frames, a car door, regular garbage. I don't think anything was done when this issue was reported weeks ago. There's also tons of scrap metal and other refuse in the yard that gets blown around the alley and into other people's yards. Please fix this persistent problem.
