Q. My suggestion is:
A. This work was started around September 2017 and it is now almost April 2018 and the work is far from finished. There are pipes left everywhere, the rain causes flooding because the new pipework is obviously failing in its purpose. Red soil is getting washed onto the road, and the gardens of the properties on this stretch look like mud baths. There is haevy machinery rusting on road side and generally making the area look derelict. I VERY MUCH DOUBT IF THE RESIDENTS OF BUENA VISTA WOULD ACCEPT THIS AND LIKE THEM WE PAY "CITY" TAX LEVELS, AND EXPECT THE CITY COMPLETE THE WORK PROPERLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER.
