Description
Excessive curb line flooding is experienced during small and large rain events. Rain events over the past year have reached 6 to 7 inched and ponding water has remained for 3 to for days before dissipating. Standing water has caused alligator cracking at street asphalt creating unsafe trip hazards. Street asphalt has high spots from undergrown tree roots choking rain run off from flowing. There is currently a city out fall drain two doors down but water does not flow to it. I would like to meet with a city engineer and discuss.

To whom it may concern,
The city has not resolved or addressed the above issue. A week after reporting the above issue the city came and marked the damaged roadway with spray paint (see attached photo) - but nothing was said or done to resolve the issue.
The road still remains cracked and has high points caused tree roots creating a tripping hazard and stopping water from draining.
I very much like to meet with a city engineer to discuss all of the above.
