Thanks, Officer Hall. I did contact the property manager, as well, at the time of this report. She was sending someone out to clean up, but it has yet to happen.

Spoke with owner and he advised that letters has been sent to tenants regarding sanitation issues, and that a handyman will come to clean property on Monday. I will also go over the issues with the Mrs. B. Jordan the property manager. I will update.

Didn't realize this issue was still open, so I opened a duplicate issue. After much interaction with code enforcement and the fire department, the back of this building is getting junked up with mattresses, toilets, and pallets again. There is very high vegetation (not from a lawn, just weeds) and masses of standing water at the dock doors on the back side, that must be breeding mosquitoes. The City is very clearly trying to get this building up to code, along with the owner, but several tenants towards the back are destroying the property.
