Description

There is a group of young adults and possibly juveniles that are using the alley as a party place. Alcohol and pot, possibly other things are being used. They leave the area trashed as the picture shows and since they have been using this spot there has been an increase in small graffiti tags around.They need to go. Please patrol this alley, usually in a dark color small pick up. Chevy I think.Usually there Wed. through Sat. one day sometimes multiple days. thanks
