Caught one sleeping in his car on an Saturday morning behind my industrial building. To the poster "Bud Alan" what don't I know about police work that would justify that action.

i used to watch a chesterfield police officer pull up to his girlfriends house and shut to garage door for hours...i finally called the station ...oppps he was married to another women....or go to fields around lunch time their all there .....makes me mad they are wasting our money

With tax revenues down and police layoffs happening all around, the cops are forced into becoming cash machines for thier departments. I got popped on Campbell N of 12 in Mad. Hts. Cop gave me a warning (going 42 in a 35) and a ticket for impeding traffic, whatever that is. $175 but no points. Guess I should feel lucky. Just another tax is how I look at it. I don't blame the police though. They are looking at being downsized and trying to justify their jobs just like the rest of us.

Or maybe you can just shut up and enjoy the security of having an officer sitting in your neighborhood while enforcing traffic laws, whish is ALSO part of their job.
