Description

Homeless encampment blocking the sidewalks between 17TH and 18TH Avenue. Hazardous conditions exist for pedestrians who have to walk out into busy traffic street. Please remove because it is getting bigger each day. Sidewalks are public property and homeless cannot occupy public property.
