Description

I live in Cobblestone and for the past year and a half the palm trees have not been trimmed. On the Bylaws it states that the HOA in our community is responsible for trimming the trees and as well to any roof problems. Therefore, as of today i have found 3 dead baby raccoon's on my back patio. Apparently, there's raccoon nest either on my roof or on the palm tree. This would not have happened if the trees well trimmed as they should be. I have uploaded pictures of the baby raccoons, trees and a copy of the Bylaws where in the last sentence states that the HOA is responsible for trimming. I have contacted the HOA manager for the past 6 months even before Irma. So far i have gotten the same answer that they are waiting for a proposal and if i need the trees to be trimmed that i can do it myself.

I need your help on this please.

Thank you
