Description

Wire is hanging at neck level, which seems very dangerous. I don't know which company's wire is hanging. Thank you!

The Wire is hanging down between the pole and my house, across my walkway. I realize that you do not repair this, but I am not sure which utility or service provider to contact. Are you all able to determine who's wire is detached?

I had a similar issue. Since it wasn't power, I figured it was probably Comcast. I contacted their Support and they sent someone out the next day.
