Description

Green light for Bow Creek and W Mall Dr stays green for several minutes when there isn't any traffic. Once it turns red, the light is green for traffic turning into the mall from south bound S. Lynnhaven, and again there is no traffic turning into the mall at this time of the day. Traffic traveling on S. Lynnhaven must wait several minutes at the red light.
