Thank you for reporting this issue. Street light maintenance is performed by local power companies. The City has notified the appropriate utility company of this to schedule repairs. This issue will be kept open until the outage is repaired.

These lights are still out, all of them, does this issue belong to Sawnee EMC? Some of the lights are filled with water.

I have discovered from Sawnee EMC that these poles on the bridge are not theirs to maintain. They end service at the middle school. Calling the Avana North Point Apartment complex, which is the next address , west on Haynes BRidge Road, I found that they are service by Georgia Power. The servicing of these poles is likely owned by Georgia Power. I will call them and see if they can connect the dots.
