CONCERNED CITIZEN CALLED TO REPORT 2 BLOCKED BASINS, DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM EACHOTHER. BOTH ARE NOT TAKING ANY WATER AND THE STREET IS FLOODED. IT IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. PLEASE CLEAN DRAINS.
