West signal crossing of 4th St S. by Bartlett park not functioning. Just witnessed NEAR collision of car and wheelchair-bound woman.

Michael Frederick, Has the crossing light been repaired or not? This is a particularly busy crossing, where cars move very fast. There is no nearby traffic light to make a safe alternate crossing.
