Description
Penske truck and 53' trailer parked in driveway of Oakland Charter School right in front of a no parking 7:30 am to 6 pm sign. Kids and cars cannot see to exit or enter driveway past the truck. You are out in to oncoming traffic before you have vision. Tow these guys and then they will stop doing this.
