Description

A local bar/club (possibly Red Sky or Tantra) has suddenly been playing excessively loud bass between 12 am and 2, sometimes as late at 4 am. Every Thurs, Fri, and Sat. It's beyond the normal club noise bc I've never had this issue before. It shakes my entire apartment. Anything I can do? I can't tell exactly who is the culprit, I will try to investigate.
