A. I-45 northbound at I-69. Due to right lane closure, perpetual traffic jam and unsafe conditions with people merging at the last second to get onto Pierce Elevated. Since this lane will be closed for a long time, I suggest that the lane markings be changed to the following: the right lane is forced to the right lane of the Pierce Elevated and the middle lane will V into either the left lane of the Pierce Elevated or to the right lane off the I-69S/288S overpass.
