Hello,
I live at 2164 Charmaine Dr. in Upland. The area along the street and sidewalk behind our homes has become extremely dark at night as the trees have covered the street lamps. We have been noticing vehicles stopping and unwanted people walking at night and early mornings gathering in the lawn area adjacent to the sidewalk. We think because this area is now very dark allowing people not to been seen easily is the reason they stop here and not north or south of this area. We were wondering if there is something that could be done to light this area more effectively than it is. Unfortunately our HOA has no concern for us homeowners safety, allowing us no adequate perimeter walls, and people at night in the dark behind our homes has become a concern. Thank you for any help you can give us in regards to lighting this area along Mountain Ave.
