This mound of snow is still there and still blocking the handicapped ramp and a few feet of the crosswalk next to it.

We have reviewed the information you provided and our staff and will be investigating this issue further.

Public Works clears over 125 miles of roadways and close to 25 miles of sidewalks and pedestrians paths in the City. While we clear handicapped parking spaces at public buildings, we do not have the resources to clear all handicapped spaces across the City. As with fire hydrants, catch basins, etc., we ask residents and business to do their part to help clear these locations and provide access.

If this complaint is accurate, then the city plows plowed in an already shoveled-out handicapped ramp (not to mention the pedestrian crosswalk). it seems like, at least in this case, the city should dig out this ramp, not expect a resident to have it shoveled out again.
