did you remove the sign? replace it? I purposely try not to drive home that way since it blocks oncoming traffic. What is your addition update?

To aid with the perceived sight distance problem and still makes its purpose clear, the sign has been moved to the edge of Centennial so that instead of straddling the sidewalk, there is now just one leg on the back edge of the sidewalk. Staff observed traffic after moving the barricade and did not observe anyone entering Centennial Parkway that seemed to be struggling to see oncoming traffic.

the sign is back where it was originally partially obstructing the view of oncoming traffic (not perceived). Maybe you can put a smaller sign, maybe one of the older street barricades that used to be used which were shorter and had only one cross piece. Regardless please figure this out. Its been going on for a month or 2 now and it doesn't look like construction is going to happen soon. thanks.
