why is elevator in new parking garage malfunctioning? seems everytime i park on the upper floors of the new garage that the elevator is off or the buzzer is going off for two days in a row...this is an inconvenience i believe to those that have to park in handicapped spaces on upper floors to get to elevator to just find out its off or out of order...and if its out of order how bout posting signs that it is...l
