Description
This house, at 332 11th Street, is so bright at night that the light bleeding into our bedroom is keeping us from sleeping. This amounts to light pollution. Whereas there are noise bylaws, there should also be light bylaws. This is a major disturbance to the neighbours. It's midnight, and we should not have to install blackout curtains because one house has decided to light up as brightly as the car dealership on Stewardson. It's time the City make and enforce light bylaws. In this case, this house should, at minimum, dim the lights, but preferably they should turn them off. It's extremely disruptive to the neighbourhood.
